Job Title: Events & Special Projects Coordinator

Hours: 15-20 hours / will likely increase on day-of events

Pay: $18-25/hour

Location: Naperville, Illinois (within a 20-25 mile radius)

About Us: Two Bostons, a premier pet-centric brand, is seeking a dynamic and organized Event & Special Projects Coordinator to join our team part-time. If you thrive in managing events from start to finish, enjoy being the face of the brand, and are adept at handling special projects, we want to hear from you!

Role Overview: As the Event & Special Projects Coordinator, you will be the driving force behind the planning, execution, and success of our events. Your role extends beyond events to include involvement in various special projects, ensuring a seamless and vibrant Two Bostons experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Event Management: Take charge of planning, organizing, and executing events. From reaching out to vendors to coordinating logistics and managing on-site activities, you will be responsible for the entire event lifecycle.

  2. Front-Facing Role: Serve as the face of Two Bostons during events, engaging with customers, vendors, and the community. Your excellent communication skills will be crucial in creating positive interactions and representing our brand.

  3. Follow-up: Conduct post-event evaluations and follow-up activities to gather feedback, assess success, and identify areas for improvement. Maintain relationships with vendors for future collaborations.

  4. Special Projects Assistance: Play a role in special projects, including product filling, distribution to stores, and sourcing supplies for innovative products. Collaborate with the Two Bostons team to bring creative ideas to life.

  5. Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders. Keep everyone informed and aligned on event and project timelines, requirements, and objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in event coordination and management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences.
  • Comfortable with a front-facing role and representing the brand at events.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Requirements:

  • Availability to work part-time, with flexibility for event schedules.
  • Access to transportation for store visits, events, and special projects.
