Refund policy

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We happily accept returns of unused items within 60 days of purchase. We only ship brand new products to our customers, and we expect that any returned items look and smell the same. 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Prior to returning/exchanging an item, please contact us with the reason, so we can more quickly process your order upon receipt.  Please note that Free Shipping will not apply to exchanged items.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Please send items back in their original packaging and in their original condition.

We do not offer refunds on beds or carriers for hygienic reasons. All sales on sale items and personalized items are final. Shipping and handling is not refundable.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
