At Two Bostons, we keep shipping simple, clear, and pet-parent friendly—because you’ve got better things to do than decode shipping tables.
 
?? Standard Shipping Rates
  • Orders under 40 lbs
    • $7.99 flat rate shipping for orders within Illinois
    • $9.99 flat rate shipping for orders outside Illinois
  • Orders over 40 lbs: Real-time shipping rates apply
  • In-store pickup: Always FREE at any Two Bostons location
You'll see all applicable shipping charges clearly at checkout—no surprises!
 
?? Frozen Products
Frozen dog food and treats are not eligible for shipping—they’re available for in-store pickup only to keep them safe and cold. You can select your preferred pickup location at checkout.
 
?? Seasonal Shipping Restrictions
Certain temperature-sensitive products—like our melt-in-your-mouth Puppy Kisses—may be unavailable for shipping during warm weather months. These items will be marked as in-store pickup only when temperatures rise.
 
?? Dropshipped Items
Some larger or specialty items are dropshipped directly from our supplier:
  • These may include a shipping surcharge (clearly shown at checkout)
  • Avoid the fee by selecting in-store pickup, when available
  • Dropshipped items may arrive separately from the rest of your order

?? Returns
We want every tail to wag. If you or your pet aren’t 100% satisfied, we offer easy returns. Return the product within 60 days, in original packaging (return shipping not included). Need help? Just give us a bark—we’re here for you.

?? Processing Time:
  • Most orders ship within 1–2 business days
  • You'll receive tracking info as soon as your order is on its way
  • If there is a problem that will delay your order we will contact you within 1 business day.
?? Checking Your Order Status

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you and make it right.
