How to Use
Safe Handling:
Keep frozen. Thaw separately in protective container. When serving, wash working surfaces, utensils, hands, and any other items that come in contact with raw eggs with hot, soapy water.
Frozen Eggs:
Fresh raw eggs are carefully inspected and packaged whole. Upon freezing, egg contents expand and will crack the shell. This is normal and does not affect the quality of the product. Eggs are washed in whey for extra safety protection. Please keep eggs frozen until ready to thaw and serve.
Storage:
Raw Duck Eggs good for 14 days refrigerated. Can be left at room temp up to 12 hours. Refreeze if needed.
Shipping:
This product is frozen and requires special care—so we don’t ship it. It’s available for in-store pickup only at any of our Two Bostons locations.
