Role Overview: As a Marketing Assistant, you'll be an integral part of our marketing team, collaborating closely with the Marketing Manager. Your role will encompass a range of digital marketing activities, including assistance with email campaigns, crafting engaging blog posts, and creating captivating videos for TikTok and Instagram.
Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Execution: Play a hands-on role in implementing digital marketing strategies, with a focus on email campaigns. Assist in creating compelling content to drive engagement and conversions.

Content Creation: Bring your writing prowess to the table by contributing to our blog with informative and entertaining posts. Additionally, unleash your creativity in producing eye-catching videos tailored for TikTok and Instagram.

Store Visits: Visit our seven stores to capture visual content that showcases our products, customer interactions, and the overall Two Bostons experience.

Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Manager to coordinate and execute marketing campaigns. Be a proactive team player, contributing ideas for fresh and innovative marketing initiatives.

Data Analysis: Assist in monitoring the performance of digital marketing efforts, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience (1-2 years) in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging and shareable content.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and social media channels, particularly TikTok and Instagram.
Requirements:
- Must live within a 20-25 mile radius of Naperville for convenient store visits.
- Access to transportation for regular store visits.
